We want to welcome you in Zell am See in our traditional hotel and meet your personal needs. Here you will find Austrian charm and hospitality combined with delicious food, friendly service, comfortable rooms and a perfect location close to the city, the lake and the mountains. 

Our house is located just outside the center, in the local district of Schüttdorf, on the southern shore of Lake Zell. An ideal starting point for your well-being stay. Only 5 walking minutes from the lift station AreitXpress, bus- and train stop nearby. 

After an active day our Finnisch sauna, soft a sauna and steam bath invite you to relax. In the VULCANO spa, located on the 5^th floor – above the roofs of Zell am See – you can really dream and let your mind wander. Enjoy this fantastic view to the Kitzsteinhorn. 

In winter we offer ski rentals and ski pass service exclusively to our guests. During the summer months our guest get a lot of benefits: 25 % discount on the green fee rate at the Leading golfcourt Zell am See – Kaprun,  Zell am See Kaprun summer card (15.05.-31.10.) and the mobility card (01.05.-31.10.).
