Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See-Kaprun

The Schmittenhöhe proves to be the panorama and family skiing area in Zell am See-Kaprun and inspires all winter sports enthusiasts, both young and old. The gigantic winter sports offer and numerous highlights on the slopes leave nothing to be desired. Whether you are a skier, snowboarder, freerider or winter hiker - there is something for everyone on the Schmitten! Audi Ski Run, Trass Abfahrt, Snowpark and Funslope XXL guarantee endless action fun. Enjoyable skiers will be delighted with the numerous mountain restaurants with sun terraces and the little skiers will learn their first turns in the snow with the kite Schmidolin. The overwhelming view of the Zeller See and the surrounding mountain world is a constant companion.

In winter, the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, as one of the largest and most varied ski areas in Austria, leaves hardly anyone cold: With 270 kilometres of downhill runs, 70 cable cars and lifts, over 60 cosy ski huts, numerous snow parks, floodlit pistes, ski-movie, speed and race tracks, fun-lopes, snow trails, a freeride park and much more, the Home of Lässig has a lot to offer! There are also exciting additional offers off-piste, from the toboggan run to snowtubing - winter in the Skicircus has a lot to offer!

Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun – DER GLETSCHER.

Absolutely snow-sure from October to May and the impressive high alpine landscape at over 3000 meters on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park - that's DER GLETSCHER. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers a wide range of activities on and off the slopes: Freeride routes and ski touring routes close to the lifts, world-famous snow parks and also the ICE CAMP presented by Audi quattro with real igloos and ice art or the Gipfelwelt 3000 with panorama platform Top of Salzburg 3,029 metres. NEW 2019/20: With the 3K K-ONNECTION directly from Kaprun via the family ski area Maiskogel to the Kitzsteinhorn - for the first time ski-in-ski-out to the glacier.



77 km of ski runs, six feeder lifts and 23 huts: The Schmittenhöhe alone promises pure piste luck! In the ticket network of the ALPIN CARD with the two other top ski areas Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun and Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn the snow fun becomes almost boundless. One day or rather three weeks? Each ticket is the admission ticket to 408 kilometres of pistes and 121 lifts in the three premium regions. A guarantee for varied winter moments in Pinzgau!

Practical: Many hosts issue ski passes directly at the hotel. Moreover, you can easily and conveniently store them in the Online-Shop of the Schmitten book. In this way long waiting times at the lift ticket offices in Zell am See-Kaprun can be avoided.
