Our guesthouse is located in the beautiful Kaprun, not far from Zell am See and the Großglockner, embedded in the mountain ranges of the Hohe Tauern. From here you can explore the Salzburger Land: In the summer months exciting hikes for all levels of difficulty, high ropes courses, summer toboggan runs and numerous other attractions await you as part of the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card. Located directly on the cycle path, you can start your cycle tour around Kaprun and Zell am See from our accommodation. If the weather is not so good, we recommend a trip to the Tauern Spa. Admission to the Therme Tauern Spa in Zell am See is included in your stay in our accommodation all year round. The clear favourite among the sporting activities in winter is skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn and on the Schmittenhöhe. Both skiing areas are only a few minutes by car from our guesthouse and promise pure skiing pleasure on the snow-covered glacier. If you prefer other winter sports, you will get your money's worth while hiking, touring or cross-country skiing - our accommodation is located directly at the cross-country ski run - in the region around Zell am See and Kaprun.

Our horses feel really comfortable in their spacious boxes with large paddocks. In addition, they have green pastures at their disposal, where they can move and romp around as they please. For the daily training during your holiday in our pension in Kaprun, our modern facility offers a dressage arena (20x40 m), a round pen and a large sand court (40x80 m). On the sand court there is the possibility to jump, ride or even try out the existing Working Equitation Trail obstacles. The farm has its own riding trail and a pond where you can cool down your quadrupeds. In the beautiful nature reserve of Zell am See and Kaprun there are great bridle paths for cross-country riding. No matter if you are on holiday with horses, riding holidays, carriage and sleigh rides or horseback riding: in our pension in Zell am See-Kaprun you will find everything a horse lover's heart desires.
