Culinary delights are written large at Prielau Castle. Star chef Andreas Mayer has been providing a special kind of taste experience since 2004: the castle kitchen, ideal for small appetites, offers a small menu, coffee and cake. In summer, the terrace is also open in the evening, perfect to end the day with a glass of wine or to enjoy an aperitif before dinner in MAYER's Restaurant, the gourmet restaurant at Schloss Prielau.
