The holiday apartments Zell am See are situated in the best location on the south shore of the lake, which means that the centre of Zell am See can be reached in only ten minutes on foot along the beautiful lake promenade. If the weather does not allow a nice walk, there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The family run house has its own free parking facilities for cars as well as for motorbikes and bicycles. Enjoy our sunny, quiet and yet central location in the district of Schüttdorf. Within a few minutes walking distance you reach: The nature reserve, starting point for beautiful walks, indoor tennis courts, miniature golf, indoor riding hall, village centre, lake Zell and outdoor swimming pools as well as numerous restaurants. We are located directly on the Tauern cycle path. In 3 minutes by car you are at the golf course which is one of the most beautiful in Austria with its 36 holes. In winter the ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity, with the ski bus you are in 3 minutes at the Areitbahn which brings you to the Schmittenhöhe.

The holiday apartments are 91m2 each and are equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (bath towels, towels), 2 extra toilets, a kitchen and living room, anteroom, W-Lan is in the apartment, parking spaces, bed linen, towels, tea towels, everything is available. We also have cots and high chairs for children.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, etc... Dishes are also available.
So with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, " Wcs , living room and kitchen, it is really no longer narrow. We kindly ask you not to smoke in our holiday apartment. We ask you to let us know when you would like to arrive, we will be happy to give you a price offer. Please also let us know how many people you are and we will send you back a great offer. Arrival and departure: You can move into the holiday flat and the apartment from 15.00 o'clock, on departure please release until 10.00 o'clock. Visitor's tax Per adult and day 1,10 Euro.
