The Apartments Obernosterer Kaprun were newly built in summer 2008 and are located in the center of Kaprun, which together with Zell am See forms the tourism region Zell am See - Kaprun. With over two million overnight stays, the tourist region of Zell am See - Kaprun is one of the most important and attractive tourist centers in SalzburgerLand and Austria.

The Kaprun glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn(3203 m) presents year-round (4 weeks revision work in June) winter fun, skiing pleasure and mountain experience. In addition to this fascinating glacier ski area, Kaprun has another ski area with the Maiskogel, which promises especially families carefree skiing fun.

VACATION PARADISE AT THE FOOT OF THE KITZSTEINHORN

Our apartment house is located in a quiet, yet central location - in 10 minutes walk you can reach the center of Kaprun. Sports stores with ski rental, the ski school and well-stocked supermarkets are close by.

With a short drive you can reach the valley station of the Gletscherbahnen Kaprun Kitzsteinhorn, the Maiskogelbahn and other surrounding ski areas, such as the Schmittenhöhe Zell am See, the glacier ski area Weissee, or the ski circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang.

The ski bus stop is located about 80 m from the house, from where free hat buses leave every 15 minutes to the lifts.
