Country house Marlies is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Zell am See, only 500 m from the cable car station Schmittenhöhe. The pension has a wellness area with an indoor pool, a steam bath and a sauna.

All accommodations have a flat-screen cable TV and a bathroom with a shower and care products. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the building.

In winter various massages are available on request. Country house Marlies also offers homemade teas. The ski room is available to all guests, and in the garden there is a playground and a terrace with lake view.
