Prielau Castle is situated in an idyllic park, only 200 m from the northern shore of the Zeller See. The former residence of the Hugo von Hofmannsthal family was first documented in 1425. Since 1980 Schloss Prielau has been owned by the Porsche family, who converted it into a country hotel for lovers of Austrian hospitality and cuisine. 

Hotel Schloss Prielau is an intimate hideaway of the luxury class. Only 200 m away from the northern shore of the Zeller See, the castle is idyllically situated in a large park. The 7 double rooms, 2 suites and the apartment in the Fischerhaus are furnished in rural style, combined with all the facilities of an international 4-star hotel.
