- Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob + oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dining table and 4 chairs
- Bathroom with shower and WC - 1 WC extra
- Large, south-facing balcony
- 1 parking space in front of the house

Location of the house: approx. 2 to 4 minutes walk to the town center, to the Zell mountain railroad
(CityXpress), to the indoor swimming pool + ice rink, approx. 5 minutes walk to the lake. Pets are not allowed.
The price per person + overnight stay is € 45,- plus € 2,55 overnight stay tax & mobility card, final cleaning € 100,-. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the price (changed weekly).
