Our house is situated in a quiet sunny location in the district of Thumersbach. In the immediate vicinity there is a ski bus stop from where you can reach the lifts of the Schmittenhöhebahn or the Kitzsteinhorn in a few minutes.
The town centre of Zell am See is five minutes away by car, the Zeller See three minutes by car.

You can choose between comfortable 2 bed rooms (equipped with shower/WC and mostly with balcony) or our apartments (for 2 - 4 persons).

In our wellness area you can let your soul dangle, relax after a
recover from a strenuous day and recharge your batteries.

We have a comfortable lounge and our own
Children's playroom with table football (Wuzzler) and games for young and old.

Own landing stage with rowing boat directly at the Zeller See which you can use any time for free. 

Directly in front of our house there are enough parking spaces.
For bicycles and motorbikes a covered carport is available.

We offer you:

• Sauna
  -classical Finnish sauna: hot and dry - mobilizes the immune system and
   the cycle
• Infrared heat cabin for 2-3 persons The infrared sauna is suitable for all
  Age groups suitable. The temperature is between 40 and 60 ° C.
• Rest area - relaxation room with loungers and a small kitchenette
  Large outdoor wooden terrace
• Shower area
  The use of the sauna area is included for our guests 1 time per stay. After that the use is liable to pay costs (€ 5,00/use/room). We also provide bathrobes and towels during your stay at no extra charge.
