WELCOME TO THE SEEHAUS GRANI

Our family-run house with two modern and comfortable apartments directly on the shore of the Zell am See lake with a view over the Hohe Tauern, guarantees unforgettable and relaxing holidays in the heart of the well-known leisure and recreation area of the European Sport Region Zell am See - Kaprun.

The exclusive location on the lake in front of the magnificent mountain panorama of the snow-covered 3000m high mountains of the Hohe Tauern and the proximity of the idyllic town centre of Zell am See with the train station, various shops and the valley station of the cable car to our local mountain "Schmittenhöhe", are in summer as well as in winter an ideal starting point for your various holiday activities.

Our apartments with balcony face south towards the lake and are separated from it only by a narrow strip of shore with the idyllic lake promenade and a cycle path. They are located in our private house, but have their own entrance area.

Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or prefer activity and sports, you will find everything you need in our region and our house offers you a cosy base for your holidays.

On the 2nd floor is the newly designed 3-room apartment with balcony and 65 m2 usable floor space.
Via an anteroom with wardrobe you reach a south-facing living room with balcony and a great view over the garden and the lake, with a comfortable living-sitting area with a large pull-out couch, behind it a double bed with bedside table, further cupboards and shelves, TV, radio and WIFI. A further separate bedroom with double bed and bedside table, large wardrobe, trestle or linen cupboard also offers space for a cot, which can be provided on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sufficient cupboards and a large dining area.

The bathroom is tiled and equipped with a toilet, an additional suction system, a double washbasin and a bathtub including a generous shower cubicle with glass door and a glass door cabinet.

On the balcony garden sets with chairs and table invite you to have breakfast in the sun or to relax.
